Mechanism of action of Toradol 10 mg

Toradol consist Ketorolac tromethamine as active pharmaceutical ingredient, which is classified in the Non-Steroidal Anti – Steroidal drug group (NSAID). This medicine acts on the cyclooxygenase enzyme, which is a main cause production of the inflammatory mediator such as prostaglandin by conversion of the Arachidonic acid to prostaglandin. Ketorolac tromethamine reduce the prostaglandin synthesis, which is responsible to generate pain.
